While the BetterTrades introductory material is taught in a live workshop setting, the next step in the learning process comes for students who enroll in the company's virtual classes. Through its online learning classes, a student is able to take their trading to the next level by expanding their base of knowledge and improving their consistency.

BetterTrades allows its students to learn online through its virtual classroom, which permits the student to learn in the comfort of their own home or plug into a class while out of town on a business trip. The live online classes are also archived, so students can replay the material and become thoroughly familiar with the topic. These virtual classes are just like spending two or more hours in a classroom with a highly qualified instructor.

The first step for most BetterTrades students when they step into virtual stock market classes is the "Round Robin" mentorship classes. These two-hour classes are held two nights each week and are taught by one of the Market Essentials coaches. These online classes are a great way to expand the base of knowledge that was built at the two-day workshop, ask questions to get a better understanding of the material, and learn fresh practical applications. It is also possible for newcomers to use mentorship sessions to sit in on a "Trader Talk" session hosted by a specialty coach and get a taste for the style and substance offered by the coach.

Each specialty coach and some Market Essential coaches have additional online learning opportunities through premium classes. These two- or four-hour virtual classes offer specific opportunities to learn material that the coaches see as their niche. They cover a variety of topics in which the coach specializes, for example:

• Price charts, moving averages, Bollinger Bands
• Entries and exits, trading the downside
• Candlesticks and patterns
• Non-directional trades
• Operating in the market for profit

By spending time in a virtual classroom, a BetterTrades student can accelerate their learning and avoid some of the problems encountered by traders who have less knowledge and understanding of the market.

At some point a student will probably want to graduate from the virtual classroom and attend one of the live events hosted by a specialty coach. These offer a better opportunity to get questions answered and be point toward more market-moving activity.
