BetterTrades Atlanta Headquarters

BetterTrades expanded its presence in Atlanta in March 2009 with the purchase of a 51,000 square foot building in the northeast suburbs of Norcross. The move gave the company about seven times as much room for its new headquarters over the former location in Suwanee, about 10 miles to the north.

Although BetterTrades is incorporated in Las Vegas and has a location that prints materials and ships products in Davis, West Virginia, most of the company's salaried staff members work in the Atlanta, Georgia office. Among the departments represented at HQ are marketing, development, infrastructure, designers, financial research, and search engine optimization departments. BetterTrades founder Freddie Rick and co-founder Mitzi Rick each have an office at the spacious new facility.

But the BetterTrades Atlanta headquarters is more than simply office space for a hundred employees. It serves as the host site for many of the company's workshops. The building is one of the Atlanta sites used to hold the quarterly Financial Freedom Expos, the two-hour introductory class that shows newcomers the principles and promise behind the stock market education company. BetterTrades headquarters also hosts the two-day Market Essentials workshop, a comprehensive two-day program that introduces students to the stock market and helps them learn the strategies and techniques needed to be profitable in the stock market. The most recent addition to the company headquarters is a state-of-the art studio that allows BetterTrades to film all its classes and promotional material in house.

BetterTrades hosts a couple of major events each year in Atlanta: the annual company meeting and the Summer Studio Sessions. The company meeting brings together the 400 members of the company's family into one site for three days of meeting, strategic planning and goal setting. The Summer Studio Sessions allows the company's specialty coaches to record and update their instructional DVDs.

The new office is convenient for travelers to reach. It's about 20 miles from downtown Atlanta and about 30 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The building is less than a mile off Interstate 85. There are many hotels in the vicinity of the BetterTrades office, including a full-service Marriott and a Hampton Inn, and the nearby Gwinnett Place Mall ensures plenty of shopping and dining options.

Those who come to town can incorporate a little pleasure with their stock market education business. Atlanta has four major league sports teams: the NFL Falcons, the MLB Braves, the NBA Hawks and the NHL Thrashers. It's also home to Georgia Tech and not far from the University of Georgia. Attractions in downtown Atlanta include the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coke, while the Six Flags Over Georgia theme park is a 45-minute drive away.
